Ballylaffin Bracken is Available for Syndication!

Kristin Schmolze Eventing is proud to announce a special opportunity for 15 shareholders. This syndication offers ownership of proven 4* horse Ballylaffin Bracken “Rox” for only $6,000. In addition, these owners/shareholders will receive a “free” 10% share in two up and coming horses, one of which will be Kristin’s exciting young horse  Ricardo Time. Shareholders will be given the opportunity to help in the selection/buying process of the second horse to be included in this unique syndicate.

The eventual goal of the Ballylaffin Bracken Syndicate will be to determine which of the two young horses has the most long term potential, eventually selling the other.  There will be no additional buy-in costs associated with these two prospects. A yearly maintenance fee of $4,000 (which can be made 100% tax deductible) will be paid annually by each syndicate share holder to go to expenses of all included horses.

Don’t miss out on this unique chance to own three horses for the price of one at different levels of the sport!
